I founded Relocate with Lux after moving from the United States to the Netherlands with my own family. Although we worked with a relocation agency during our move, I saw firsthand how easily the process could still become fragmented. The residence application, business setup, housing, registration, banking, healthcare, schools, pets, and arrival were not separate tasks. Each decision affected what came next, yet too often the person relocating was still left to connect the pieces.

I built Relocate with Lux to provide the kind of support I believed a move this significant should have: one coordinated process, one clear plan, and one accountable team from beginning to end. Today, our American and Dutch team combines firsthand experience with local expertise to anticipate what comes next, manage each step in the right order, and ensure nothing important is overlooked.
